Once again, its the 70s! Previously, I have made mention of fringe, orange, and equestrian trends from the 70s. And today, its peasant blouses with leggings or skinny pants. This updated approach to the mod 70s is inspired by the whimsical creations of Tory Burch.
Some of us, author included, wore the gauzy version of the 70s in the 70s. I have a hard and fast rule not to repeat a trend. So, I love this top, which is a restatement instead of a repeat.
