Bone colored shoes. Khaki clothes. Tan trench coats. Silk dresses and suits that are super chic in body tone. If you are a runway watcher, tan is the new black for 2010.
However, like black, tan is not for everyone. It is a washout for many. There are a few tricks with accessories, cut and texture that could make it work for you. The Felecia Blouse from Doncaster offers the hot body tone in a python print with draping and an asymmetrical cut that is much more wearable than the runway version.
