Hate is a word I reserve for only a few things. Breast cancer is one of them. And it just seems to get closer to home all of the time. My step sister. My sister in law. Friends. Neighbors. It is just time for it to be stopped. My friend, Julie almost lost her mother to breast cancer more than 40 years ago. Julie’s mom, Tina is a very long term survivor. And Julie and her family are out there every year celebrating that victory with a team at the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Three Day.
